Atelier de CI & Tantra et après…

Le w-e dernier a eu lieu le premier atelier de Contact Improvisation & Tantra organisé par Permasens avec Sabine Sonnenschein à La Grange.

Merci à Sabine et aux 12 participants qui ont eu l’occasion de découvrir et pratiquer la danse CI, des exercices de respiration, de méditation très intenses. Le groupe était très connecté et une belle énergie s’est dégagée tout au long du week-end. A la demande des participants, nous organiserons un nouvel atelier sur ce thème, avec de nouvelles pratiques, le week-end du 20 au 22 septembre 2019 au même endroit. Last week-end, the first workshop on Contact Improvisation & Tantra organized by Permasens and animated by Sabine Sonnenschein took place à La Grange.

Thank you to Sabine and the 12 participants who have discovered and practiced CI dancing, as well as very intense breathing and meditation exercises. The group was really connected and a great energy came out all along the week-end. Based on the participants requests, we will organise a second edition with new practices the week-end of 20-22 September at the same location.
